The bedroom features a full-size, comfortable double bed, a walk-in closet, and an elevated area with an additional bed. A toddler bed with safety rails, suitable for children up to 5 years old, is also in the room.

A luxury bathroom with an extra-wide bathtub and shower. A modern washing machine is available for guest use.
The living room has a large sofa, a smart TV with Prime Video, and a balcony over an internal courtyard. Guests will also find books for kids and adults, as well as maps and tourist information.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has induction cooking, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, and espresso machine.
All rooms feature air conditioning and floor heating, each with its own separate thermostat.

You will be in the center of Sondrio, but at the same time in a quiet setting, and right next to a walking/biking trail along the Mallero river, connected to the Valtellina trail.
All shops and services are reachable on foot. The main square is 5 minutes away, and the train and bus station is reachable within a 10-minute walk.

Basic house rules: Check-in after 3 pm and check-out by 10 am. No pets, no smoking, and silent hours between 11 pm and 7 am. Strict rules on recycling apply.
Professional cleaning takes care of the apartment.
Public parking on the street is available free of charge. If you can't find a spot, there is a large parking lot nearby. Usually, we also have private parking for a fee.
Your host, like his father and grandfather, is a mountain sports enthusiast who can offer expert advice on hidden gems in Valtellina. You can get suggestions for hikes or any kind of winter or summer sports activity. Same for tasting or buying authentic food.
